Over this two-day retreat, try out some of the best Yoga Teachers in Gainesville, Florida. Each class will be catered to all levels, and will range from Yin Yoga to Kundalini Yoga.

ECHO was complete at the end of August 2021. The space offers recovery, PEAK Conditioning, and Bootcamp to Gainesville Health and Fitness Members. The benefit to this retreat is you do not have to be a member to experience the beauty of this space .
