Yogi Tea Recipe

-
1 Gallon Water
-
15-20 cloves
-
15-20 whole green cardamom pods
-
20 whole black peppercorns
-
1 lg finger of fresh ginger, thinly sliced
-
5 sticks cinnamon (I add about 8-10)
-
*Milk and Honey to taste (*optional)
Directions:
Bring water to boil
Add all spices Boil 30 -45 min. Longer is stronger.
If adding milk & honey to taste, do it at the end in your individual cup. Enjoy for 1-3 days after.
