Yogi Tea Recipe

  • 1 Gallon Water

  • 15-20 cloves

  • 15-20 whole green cardamom pods

  • 20 whole black peppercorns

  • 1 lg finger of fresh ginger, thinly sliced

  • 5 sticks cinnamon (I add about 8-10)

  • *Milk and Honey to taste (*optional)

Directions: 

Bring water to boil

Add all spices Boil 30 -45 min. Longer is stronger.

If adding milk & honey to taste, do it at the end in your individual cup. Enjoy for 1-3 days after.
